How EasyShunt works as a transport marketplace and connection platform, and what you and other users are responsible for.

EasyShunt — a product by LinkEire · Last updated 18 August 2026

EasyShunt connects transport demand with transport supply. The transport contract and all commercial terms are agreed directly between the parties. Please also read the Marketplace Rules, Marketplace Disclaimer and Privacy Notice.

1.Introduction

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of EasyShunt, an online transport marketplace and connection platform operated as a product by LinkEire and serving Ireland and the United Kingdom.

By creating an account, posting a job, expressing interest in a job, or otherwise using EasyShunt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These Terms are provided for transparency about how the platform operates. They do not constitute legal advice, and the final wording of certain clauses is subject to legal review.

  • "Job" — a transport, shunting, container collection, port delivery or related requirement published on the marketplace.
  • "Job poster" — the user who publishes a job.

  • "Commercial agreement" — any contract, rate, payment term or service arrangement agreed directly between users.
  • "Content" — any information, text, profile detail, document, image or communication submitted to the platform by a user.

3.About EasyShunt

EasyShunt is a marketplace and connection platform. Its purpose is to help transport demand and transport supply find each other: job posters publish transport requirements, and transport providers discover work and express interest in it.

EasyShunt does not currently process or collect transport payments, hold money, provide escrow, guarantee payment, set or guarantee transport rates, negotiate commercial rates, or act as a carrier, freight forwarder or transport operator.

Transport rates, payment terms, insurance arrangements, service levels, collection and delivery arrangements and all other commercial terms are agreed directly between the relevant parties.

4.Eligibility

EasyShunt is intended for transport, logistics and business users. You may use the platform only if you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and are at least 18 years of age.

If you use EasyShunt on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the organisation accepts these Terms.

The platform is not designed or intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.

5.Account registration

Some features require an account. When registering you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity carried out under your account. Please contact us at contact@linkeire.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

During registration you are asked to agree to these Terms and the Marketplace Rules and to acknowledge the Privacy Notice.

6.User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you publish or communicate through EasyShunt.

You remain responsible for complying with all applicable transport, road safety, drivers' hours, employment, licensing, insurance, customs, tax, data protection and other legal requirements relevant to your activities.

You are responsible for satisfying yourself that any counterparty is appropriately licensed, insured and legally authorised to perform the relevant work before entering into any commercial agreement.

7.Company accounts

Company accounts represent an organisation on the marketplace. The information published on a company profile — including trading name, business contact details, operating areas and stated transport capabilities — must be truthful and kept current.

Where multiple people use a company account, the organisation is responsible for their activity on the platform.

8.Driver accounts

Owner drivers and professional drivers may publish a profile describing their operating area, experience, vehicle information and availability.

Any statement about licence categories, CPC, insurance, tachograph compliance or other qualifications must be accurate. You must hold the licences, permissions and insurance required for the work you take on.

9.Transport company accounts

Hauliers, transport companies, freight forwarders and warehouse operators may both post jobs and express interest in jobs.

Where you subcontract work discovered through EasyShunt, you remain responsible for your own contractual and regulatory obligations towards your customers and subcontractors.

10.Job postings

Job postings must describe real transport requirements accurately, including locations, dates and times, vehicle and equipment requirements, and the nature of the goods or work involved.

You must not publish fraudulent, misleading, duplicated or speculative jobs, or requests involving illegal activity or prohibited goods.

We may remove or restrict a job posting where it appears to breach these Terms or the Marketplace Rules.

11.Expressions of interest

Expressing interest in a job is an indication of availability and interest. It is not a bid, a binding offer or an auction, and EasyShunt does not rank, price or arbitrate expressions of interest.

A job poster decides which interested parties to contact and is free to select none of them.

12.Commercial agreements

Any agreement to carry out transport work is concluded directly between the job poster and the transport provider. EasyShunt is not a party to that agreement unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

It is for the parties to agree scope, rates, payment terms, liability, insurance, cancellation terms and any other commercial or contractual matter, and to document that agreement as they see fit.

13.Transport rates and payment

EasyShunt does not display, set, recommend or guarantee transport rates. Rates shown on the marketplace are described as to be agreed between the parties.

EasyShunt does not process, collect, hold or disburse transport payments and provides no escrow or payment guarantee. Invoicing and payment take place directly between the parties.

14.Verification and documentation

Verification features may be available for eligible users and may be extended over time. Where a profile shows a verification indicator, it reflects only the checks actually carried out at that time.

EasyShunt does not verify all users, all documents, all licences or all insurance cover, and a verification indicator is not a warranty about a user's capability, compliance or conduct.

You must not submit false, altered or fraudulent documents, or make misleading claims about licences or qualifications.

15.User-generated content

You retain responsibility for the content you publish. You must hold the rights necessary to publish it and must not publish illegal, fraudulent, infringing or misleading information.

By publishing content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it on the platform for the purpose of operating EasyShunt.

We may moderate, remove or restrict content, and may restrict or suspend accounts, where reasonably necessary to protect the marketplace and its users, subject to applicable law.

16.Prohibited activities

  • Publishing fraudulent, misleading or fake jobs, profiles or documents.
  • Impersonating another person, driver, company or organisation.
  • Requesting or offering illegal transport, or transport of prohibited goods.
  • Harassment, abuse, discrimination or threatening behaviour.
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging or scraping the platform without permission.
  • Interfering with platform security, access controls or infrastructure.
  • Manipulating marketplace activity, ratings or interest counts.
  • Using the platform for any purpose other than genuine transport and logistics activity.

17.Marketplace conduct

The Marketplace Rules form part of these Terms and set out expected behaviour in more detail. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to content removal or account restriction.

18.Communications

We may send you service communications relating to your account, jobs, expressions of interest and platform notices.

Communications between users regarding transport requirements are the responsibility of the users involved and must remain lawful and professional.

19.Intellectual property

EasyShunt, the EasyShunt name and logo, and the platform's software, design and content (excluding user content) are owned by LinkEire or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from the platform except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

20.Third-party services

The platform integrates third-party services, including mapping and, where available, external shipping or tracking data sources. Those services are governed by their own terms.

Information supplied by third parties may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, availability or completeness.

21.Platform availability

We aim to keep EasyShunt available and reliable, but the platform is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and maintenance or interruptions may occur.

Some features are described as coming soon or in development and may change or be withdrawn before release.

22.Suspension and termination

You may stop using EasyShunt at any time and request closure of your account by contacting contact@linkeire.com.

We may suspend or terminate access where appropriate, including in cases of fraud, illegal activity, serious marketplace abuse, impersonation, repeated violations, security threats or other misuse of the platform.

Where practicable and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to respond, and decisions will take account of applicable law and the circumstances involved.

23.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EasyShunt and LinkEire are not liable for losses arising from commercial agreements between users, the performance or non-performance of transport work, the accuracy of user content, or the accuracy of third-party data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The final wording of this clause is subject to legal review.

24.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify EasyShunt and LinkEire against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your unlawful use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

25.No transport service guarantee

EasyShunt does not guarantee that a job will be filled, completed, collected or delivered, that a vehicle or driver will be available, or that any particular standard of performance will be met.

26.No payment guarantee

EasyShunt does not guarantee that any payment will be made, that any rate will be honoured, or that any invoice will be settled. Payment risk remains with the parties to the commercial agreement.

27.No carrier relationship

EasyShunt is not a carrier, haulier, freight forwarder, transport operator or payment intermediary, and does not employ or engage the drivers and companies who use the marketplace.

Using the platform does not create an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between you and EasyShunt or LinkEire.

28.Dispute handling

Disputes about transport work, rates or payment are matters between the parties to the commercial agreement. EasyShunt does not adjudicate commercial disputes.

Where a dispute involves platform conduct — such as fraudulent postings, impersonation or abuse — you can report it to contact@linkeire.com and we will review it under our content and account procedures.

29.Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform develops. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

30.Governing law and jurisdiction

EasyShunt is operated from Ireland and serves users in Ireland and the United Kingdom.
