Clear expectations for job postings, profiles and conduct so the marketplace stays reliable for transport companies, hauliers and drivers.

EasyShunt — a product by LinkEire · Last updated 18 August 2026

These rules form part of the Terms of Service. They should be read alongside the Marketplace Disclaimer.

1.Purpose of these rules

EasyShunt only works if the information on it can be trusted. These rules set the standard of behaviour expected from everyone using the marketplace, and form part of the Terms of Service.

They apply to job postings, company profiles, driver profiles, expressions of interest and communications made through the platform.

2.Accurate job postings

  • Describe the work honestly: the type of job, the goods or equipment involved, and what the transport provider is expected to do.
  • Use accurate collection and delivery locations, including the correct port, depot, yard or site where relevant.
  • Give realistic dates, times and loading or turnaround windows.
  • State vehicle, trailer, licence and equipment requirements accurately, including any specialist requirement such as reefer, ADR, tail lift or skeletal trailer.
  • Only post jobs that genuinely exist and that you are authorised to post.
  • Keep postings up to date and remove or close them once the work is covered or withdrawn.

3.Truthful company and driver information

  • Company profiles must use the real trading name, genuine business contact details and accurate operating areas.
  • Driver profiles must describe the driver's real experience, operating area and availability.
  • Statements about licence categories, CPC, transport licences, insurance or other qualifications must be accurate and current.
  • Do not create fake profiles, duplicate profiles or profiles for people or organisations you do not represent.
  • Do not upload false, altered or fraudulent documents.

4.Commercial conduct

Rates, payment terms and other commercial arrangements are agreed directly between the parties. EasyShunt does not set rates, process payments or guarantee any commercial outcome.

Negotiate in good faith, honour the arrangements you agree, and communicate promptly if circumstances change.

5.Prohibited content and behaviour

  • Fraudulent jobs, scams or advance-fee schemes.
  • Misleading or deceptive job postings, profiles or claims.
  • Impersonation of another person, driver, company or organisation.
  • Requests for illegal transport, or transport of prohibited or unlawfully carried goods.
  • Abusive, harassing, threatening or discriminatory behaviour towards other users.
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging or off-topic promotional content.
  • Attempts to circumvent platform security, access controls or account restrictions.
  • Manipulation of marketplace activity, including artificial jobs, ratings or expressions of interest.
  • Scraping, bulk extraction or automated misuse of marketplace data without permission.

6.Responsibility for your content

You are responsible for everything you publish on EasyShunt. You must hold the rights necessary to publish it and must not publish illegal, fraudulent, infringing or misleading information.

Do not publish other people's personal data without a lawful basis for doing so.

7.Reporting a problem

If you see a job, profile or message that appears to breach these rules, use the report option on the relevant page or contact contact@linkeire.com.

Reports should include a reason and a short description so we can review them properly.

8.Enforcement

EasyShunt may remove or restrict content, and may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, where reasonably necessary to protect the marketplace and its users, subject to applicable law and our procedures.

Action taken will be proportionate to the issue. Serious cases — such as fraud, illegal activity, impersonation or security threats — may lead to immediate removal or suspension.

Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to respond.
