Accessibility Statement

How we are working to make EasyShunt usable for everyone, what we know still needs improvement, and how to give us feedback.

EasyShunt — a product by LinkEire · Last updated 18 August 2026

1.Our commitment

EasyShunt is used by drivers, transport operators and logistics teams in offices, yards and cabs, often on a phone. We want the platform to be usable in all of those settings, including by people who use assistive technology.

We are working to improve the accessibility and usability of EasyShunt. This statement describes where we are today rather than claiming a finished result.

2.What we are doing

  • Building on accessible interface components with keyboard support and focus states.
  • Using semantic headings, landmarks and labels so pages can be navigated with a screen reader.
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible names for icon-only controls.
  • Designing for readable colour contrast using a consistent design system.
  • Making layouts responsive so content reflows on tablets and phones without horizontal scrolling.
  • Keeping legal and informational pages at a comfortable reading width on small screens.

3.Known limitations

Some parts of the platform are harder to make fully accessible, and we are aware of the following areas:

  • Interactive maps on the Ports and Container Tracking pages rely on a visual map interface. Where possible, the same information is also available as text, lists and cards.
  • Some newer marketplace features are still being reviewed for keyboard and screen reader use.
  • The platform has not yet been formally audited against WCAG by an independent third party.

4.Conformance status

We aim to follow recognised accessibility guidance, and we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as our reference point.

We do not claim full conformance, because the platform has not been comprehensively tested and verified against those guidelines. As testing progresses, this statement will be updated.

5.Accessibility feedback

If you encounter a barrier using EasyShunt, or need information in a different format, please contact contact@linkeire.com.

It helps if you can tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within one business day.
